We completed the plan reviews in an efficient manner, and have been involved in ongoing construction performing inspections. Frame is up (both floors), roof is dried in and contractor is closing in the building. HVAC, plumbing, and electric are in the process of being installed in the different wings to this building.

Plan review is ongoing for a combination elenetary and intermediate school seperated by a common open space. Each school is fully indipendent from the other. An at risk permit was issued by the city to allow the site construction to begin.

Addition of a new 25,150 sq ft classroom wing and gymnasium, with parking additions and sitework to existing Lytle Primary School. New classrooms and cooridors slab has been poured. New driveway entrance and lot areas have started to be poured. Underground utilites including water, sewer, fire and electric are in the process of being installed

New Medical Office building, 1st floor consists mainly of exam and minor proceddure rooms like for casts,ultra-sound, x-rays, includes several offices for physicians. 2nd floor is half and half between ofice space and exam rooms. Currently they are working on the additional site utilities for, water, sewer, and fire protection (sprinkler water lines), also underground electric lines.

Remodel and addition to emergency and imaging department. includes a waiting room, registration, triage, trauma rooms, ambulance entrance, etc. major updates to the imaging including new MRI and CT areas. They have poured the foundation for the addition to this project. They are also framing up the existing portion that is gettingthe remodel.
